Registrations

We have received a letter from a patient (we believe from Primary Care Support England) who provide administrative and support services for primary care on behalf of NHS England.

This letter indicates that the patient is out of our registration area and advises them to find a GP practice within their area.  It seems the letter has been written to patients in the Moretonhampstead area. 

It also says that you will be removed from our register on 18/12/2024.

If you have received a letter like this, you DO NOT HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE YOU ARE WITHIN OUR AREA and you will stay registered with us.

We are investigating where this letter came from and have contacted the PCSE to inform them and they are investigating too.

Please don’t worry you are within our area, and you will not be removed or have to register elsewhere.
