We are a group of volunteers from the Chagford Health Centre Patient List and our purpose is to support the health centre and also to link it with the community. We support the health centre by occasional fundraising activities, promoting health and well being through non profit making events and community workshops.

We link the health centre with the patient population by meeting informally every few months with surgery staff to make them aware of the views and concerns of their patients.  At the same time the surgery brings us up to date with any new policies, services or changes for us to pass back to the community.
